This is fixture essay copy for layout development. It exists so the archive spans two years and the index's year heads have something to separate.
A wall keeps a ledger whether anyone asks it to or not: paste scars, staple rust, the pale rectangles where last winter's notices gave up. The index on a bill is just that ledger, typeset.
